Working with Westminster
The Weave was approached by the team at the University of Westminster to deliver two workshops - the first on the Business Model Canvas and the second on the Value Proposition Canvas. These two Strategyzer tools are often discussed but rarely engaged in a way that drives innovative thinking. Our goal was to deliver something above a simple overview - and instead focus on how we use the tools daily.
